Hello BB Forums,
Good evening to every.... I would like to get some assistance in finding out what the status of my blackberry 8700c is.

I have had the Curve for about a month now, using my COU sim in it. I decided that I want to take it back (30th day) and go back to my 8700c. I started the BB to BB device transfer and when it came time to put the 8700c, I did, w/ the low battery sign. It started to transfer the files and I noticed my 8700c reseting for no reason and then the installation process slowing down to a crawl... Right now all I get is the BB reseting while plugged to USB and showing the hour glass rotating. I was told to use the JL_CMDER and after using it, it still doesn't connect to the blackberry for me to be able to wipe it or install.


Is my 8700c done? Or am I doing it wrong? Please help.
