re: 8700c

Help!
I could not find my Desktop Manager Software so I loaded an older version -previous CD from another Blackberry 4.1

Now:
I don't have internet access - the screen is missing the "earth symbol"
Can not access Gmail email

Did I change the OS?

How the hell to I get it back to where I had it before?

Sincerely,
A Moron

don't know exactly what you did, but go to options=>advanced settings=> host RT and click register now

if still no luck remove battery for 30 seconds

hope this helps

Desktop manager can be downloaded here => BlackBerry_Operating_System_Downloads
