I plugged in my phone in the charger this morning and when i came back it was off. It wont turn on now, even with a full restart with pulling the battery out. Anyone ever had this problem? Could my battery be bad?

thank youuu for any help,

Sounds like it could be the battery but my 8800 was doing the same after a botched upgrade.....

Try this 1st.... Follow instruction to the letter...

How do I wipe the BlackBerry using Jl Cmder? - BlackBerryFAQ

If that does not work try this, as my 8800 did the same and this was all that would save it...

What to do next if Jl Cmder will not connect and wipe - BlackBerryFAQ

Note: Before doing these i would make sure it is NOT the battery by trying another in it's place

Default Well guy download Desktop Manager and O/S Software for 7520

Hey this might work try using Desktop manager and please backup your unit before you try reinstalling app.and if you need a new battery go on ebay much cheaper.

Hope that this works for you.
