Newbie Alert Newbie Alert;
Trackwheel failed on an 8700C, and I have a new handheld. Assume I don't care about the cell phone, which I don't, I plan to simply swap the SIM from old to new handheld and not worry further.
If I do an enterprise activation on the BES and then a restore using the desktop manager will that get my email setup and contacts back to where it was? How do I reconcile the different PIN's on the handhelds when I attempt the restore?
