Default Service Books Errors

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Blackberry 8703e through Sprint PCS with email from yahoo through AT&T (formerly SBC, formerly SNET). My company is set up through a Blackberry Enterprise Server.

The issue I have is when trying to view long emails from my home (or trying to view attachments) I get an error stating the service book information could not be found. I have tried the following (at the advice of SPRINT Tech Support) with no success:

*Resent Service Books through Sprint's Internet Service Page
*Deleted service books on handheld and then resent them through Internet Service Page
*"Wipe" handheld clean and reactivate
*"Wipe handheld clean, delete service books and then resend
*"Wipe handheld clean, delte account on blackberry, delete service books and then reactivate/resend service books.

Each "solution" doesn't solve the problem. When I view the service books on the handheld all are "checked" with the exception of the one for my home email, which has an icon of a circle with a line through it.

This is annoying as I tend to get lots of long emails through my home email address and also wish to put some pictures of my daughter on my blackberry.

Anyone have any cunning ideas on how to solve this?

Appreciate any help.

Default Update

If anyone is monitoring this thread here is an update (of sorts):

I set up a gmail account and am having the exact same issue with that as well. Service book isn't loading properly.

So it would appear the issue is either Sprint or my device itself.

Does this help anyone?
