Eventhough she had the BB Intl. plan. Called CS on her behalf and it turns out one must call 888-226-7212 to activate the SIM prior to using it for the first time.
CS is expediting the sim activation and should take 30 to 60 min.
Wonder if once activated the statuses will change?
Is she using the verizon intl sim card or another carrier and who's customer service did you call if she is not using the VZW sim card?
