I use my old 7510 to make sure my desktop manager was working and it connect with no problem.So now how do i install a O/S system on my 7520 can someone break it down to me in order to get my 7520 BB up and running again.I have the JL_Cmder but do not know how to use it to install the O/S system.

Hi to all If you have a BB 7520 and keep getting the fatel error when loading App software at the Radio Hardware Read then you have a big problem hope you have service protection plan that will get you a new unit.
