Service Books from BES Account Missing

Default Service Books from BES Account Missing

Hi all,

I must not be searching for the correct phrase because I was unable to find my issue. I had to delete my service books from my 8700g. I am using BIS and BES. I have my BIS service books back, but not the BES service books. I am still receiving e-mail from the BES account, but things like wireless synchronization aren't working.

I have tried pulling the battery, as well as registering the Host Routing Tables. Do I need my corporate people to do something?

Go to Options > Security Options > General Settings > scroll down to Services > Press Menu Key > Regenerate Encryption Keys.

I checked for that option and it is not there. I have seen it before, though, but not now.

I had my corporate IT person resend the service books to resolve the issue.
