Default 7250 unknown message icon

Please Login to Remove!

I have a message icon on my 7250 display that I have no clue what it is indicating. It's above and slightly to the right of the battery charger icon(lightning bolt) and is not one of the mail(envelope) or phone message waiting indicators. It's looks like a yellow post it with a down arrow?? and a dog-eared corner and the number1.

Any suggestions what this might be indicating and how do I clear it....

Phaser63 help me get rid of that annoying icon, for now...

He determined that it is some kind of orphaned reminder. There are times when he had 2 or more reminders that come up at once, but only see one, and the other is lost (he never had the chance to select it), keeping the counter at a level to remind him to check the reminder, but of course, there is no way to do that.

He went into Outlook and cleared all the reminders for meetings and tasks. He used the "By Category" view of my calendar/tasks, and he added a column for the Reminder indicator (right click on the column heading and choose Field Selector), Synched with the Blackberry. Then, reset his blackberry by removing the battery, waiting 30 seconds, and putting it back in. Then, on the next synch after powered up BB, the icon was gone. No more orphaned reminders. Of course, no more reminders, but I guess that is a small price to pay to get rid of the minor annoyances.

Just remove battery for a minute or so. Worked for me.
