Default 7100t No <number># Speed Dial from SIM! Ugh!

Please Login to Remove!

Every single Sony Ericsson, Motorola, and Nokia handset on my desk allow me to dial directly from the SIM using the following notation:

<position><#><talk/send>

For some reason the 7100t doesn't do it. And it's very frustrating because having only 9 speed dial locations is really inadequate. I use about 30 on every other handset!

Is there a way to request features from RIM or am I just stuck with no SIM dialing?
