I'm using 7100g v4.0.0.219 on BES and I can't open picture (jpg, gif) attachments as the option is not available.

did a search here but could not get it solve.

any clue what's else could be wrong? :(

do you have your attachment viewer loaded? My laptop is in repair so I dont have my DM in front of me.

I'm not sure about the attachment viewer, but I am able to view word, excel attachments.
