Default Not a noob, but made a noob mistake!

can anyone tell me how to locate my BIS user name? i searched, and the only response i was able to find was to call BB support. i tried that, and i keep getting a recorded message that BB support is down for repairs. Anyone know how to find this info online, or if it is even possible?

Wow...I'm wondering if I don't know mine either, but then I'm probably confused on what you are asking. Maybe it is carrier specific, but I log into BIS with my mobile number.

can you not see the BIS email account on the home screen?

must be becuase I use my bis email addy

contact nextel/sprint via 1-800-639-6111 / 1-877-654-9111 they might help you out

From BIS logon click require assistance and the dial number that is provided

thanks for all the quick replies. as for some answers to the few questions and posts that were posted, 1. i did try my mobile #, no dice. 2. tried calling bb support, that number mentioned above, please see orig. post. 3, i have tried my email address. also, no go. very confused. thank you though for all the quick replies.

did you just try the name part of your email with out the @nextel.blackberry.com thats the way it is on vzw and was that way when I had nextel

yes i tried that, also did not work. i finally got through to bb support, so hopefully they can help.

ok, problem solved via BB support. problem was, my account was denied access because I had not logged on in a certain amount of time. I had them unblock it, and my info (the info i originally used) worked just fine. Never heard of that before, but there is a first time for everything. Thanks again to all who helped!
