Default Data messages from RIM

Please Login to Remove!

Suddenly this week I am receiving "data messages" from RIM. They are just a series of letters and numbers.

The message is "This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server."

I am getting them about once a day now.

Anyone know what they are?

couple of reasons but i would look at your service books delete them then re register them. that and have a look at your desktop software if your running it through pop3/imap/BES you might want to check you dont have the desktop redirector installed on your pc.

I resent the service books from the webclient and it seems to have done the trick. No data messages in the past 24 hours. THANKS!!
