Default BES activation

Please Login to Remove!


I am not being able to activate my black berry with BES
Error " server not responding contacte ur system, administrator"

Please help me anyone

The message its giving you is about as much help you can get. Each BES server is different and so is each phone.

Have you contacted your BES administrator?
There could be dozens of reasons for an activation to fail.

Here's some things to check...

~ Make sure you've been added to the BES.

~ Make sure your BES admin has set an activation password for you.

~ Make sure you have a BES capable BlackBerry Data Plan on your account (must support Enterprise use)

~ Make sure your e-mail system is configured to allow messages from * (activation email sometimes gets caught by spam filters)

~ Make sure you have a strong data signal (GPRS or EDGE in all capital letters)

BES is usually for corporate users. If you just bought this BB for personal use then you don't even use the BES activation.
