Default Can't Turn Media Card Support On

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I just got an 8800 through work and moved my SanDisk micro SD card to it from my Pearl. However I am unable to turn Media Card support on. It is currently set to off and it has what looks like a little red triangle next to it plus I don't get the menu options to select on or off.

Is this something that has been purposely disabled by an administrator and if it is, is there a way to get around it?

Thanks in advance for your help.

It likely is an IT policy. If your admin set it you cannot get around it. I would contact them and ask. You didn't encrypt the card while in the 8800 did you?

Ditto what JC says. The IT Policy has a lot of control over the Media card.

Question: Can the Administrator see what is on the Micro Card?
