i have bout a new blackberry 8800, need to send all the contact details from outlook to the device, have installed the device manager but no clue of what needs to be done, i did search and evrywhere im been asked to run intellisync which i cant find in mine, please could someone help me . im using Internet solution.

Device Manager is not what is used to sync Outlook to BlackBerry.
You need to install and use BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Intellisync is part of BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
It should have some on a CD with your BlackBerry device, or you can download it free from blackberry.com
