Hey all...

I've been having this problem for about 2 weeks now:

Often throughout the day, my network icon will go from 1X to 1x or 1XEV to 1xev, indicating that my device has lost connection to the Blackberry Network, but not the wireless data network...

Anyone out there in Long Island, NY (specifically Long Beach, Ridge, or Melville) having similar issues?
Would something like this be tower or area based at all?

Sometimes I can regain the BB net with a reset, or turning off wireless, then back on...

Any ideas?

Did you try the updated os, a lot of connection issues it resolved
