| MMS/Tethering Issue- Help requested Please Login to Remove! Hey all.. Looking for a little help here.. I have BB8800 On ATT Orange- with att branded phone. software version 4.2.1.79.
My issue is that after tethering or using some data, I cannot receive or send MMS messages, and some other data is blocked, until I do a hard reboot(removing the battery). I've been through all the att tech support, they transferred me to RIM, and I have spent over 6 hrs on the phone with them. This appears to be a new issue, since we have ruled everything else out. We have replaced the phone, and the sim card, and started with new data.
Has anyone had this problem?
I’m looking to try and get some people to try to duplicate this problem so that RIM acknowledges that its not just a single case.
Any help would be greatly appreciated-
