...I receive an incoming call at the same time I am making an outgoing call. Does this happen to anyone else? It's the only time I have an issue with my 8830 crashing. The rest of the phone works fine. I just can't make or receive any phone calls. It jams up.

I just updated to the latest OS. It fixed the problem for me.
