Cannot view JPG, GIf etc

Default Cannot view JPG, GIf etc

Please Login to Remove!
I have just setup my new 8800 on our company BES. Can open word, excel and pdf's but if anyone sends me a JPG, GIF etc etc and I scroll upto the Attachment and click the menu key I get no OPEN ATTACHMENT option.

Anyone know why this is happening?

Do you get the "VIEW ATTACHMENT" option? If not, you may be restricted by IT Policy.

No dont get that either mate. Hmmmm may have to look at the IT POLICY, am new to this so lets see how I get on

Yep, it sounds like you IT people has restricted your viewing these attachments.
