Please be a little more specific. Did you log onto your provider's setup page? Are you on BIS or BES? Is your company mail on Exchange 2003 or 2007?

What's BIS or BES? New here. We are on Exchange 2003. I have logged into my provider's page. But I don't know what to change on it.

BIS - BlackBerry Internet Service
It's the feature you need to use in order to link your BlackBerry to Outlook Web Access.

Log into your BIS account here:
https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw

Create an account, if you haven't already.
After you log in, add a new account for your corporate email address.
It's pretty straightforward.

I've tried that, but none of the emails are forwarding to my BB. I do have BIS set up to access my work email, but nothing is coming through. Don't know what problem is, any suggestions?

Check with your IT department and.or Exchange administrator.
They may not allow you to use your BlackBerry to access OWA.
