The machine is runnings XP Pro SP2 on a company network with Desktop Manager 4.2 SP2. The phone is a refurished phone with firmware 4.0.0.185, the client uses Outlook 2003.

When the client starts DM and plugs their phone in the Manager does a sync and when it ges to reading MS Outlook Calendar 90 out of 110 the application runs into an error and quits. Basically all I can get from the error message is "Blackberry Desktop Manger has encountered a problem and needs to close", the link on this message gives me "error signature; appname: disktopmgr.exe; appver: 4.2.2.14; offset: 00060c03; modname: ilxolk.fil; modver: 5.5.1.24

The only thing that is weird and maybe the problem is that Outlook always starts up in recovery mode even though it shuts down properly.
