8700r can anyone help.
 

I have a blackberry 8700r and a Razor flip phone. I recently added meemo (www.meemo.com) a push pull mail service to my razor phone. It works fantastic, plus its a lot cheaper and l can open all my emails easily on my cell phone, but l recently put the sim card from my Razor phone into my Blackberry and found out that when l get notifications from meemo that l have mail, the blackberry wont allow me to download them. It states l need a service package which my provider (Rogers) cant give me. I dont want to continue using blackberry now that l have meemo, but l want to be able to use it on the blackberry.

I was told that l had to unlock the blackberry, can anyone please advise how l can do this?

Forget the Blackberry and stick with your RAZR with Meemo. I don't even have a RAZR - I've got the more ugly and "obese" model - and I find that I don't need anything more. I run small business, and use my Gmail account for everything. I tried using the Gmail connection, but I was getting NAILED for surfing fees. Phones weren't designed to be Net-Navigation tools anyway. Meemo gives me everything I want in terms of mobile e-mail, at a fraction of the cost. It's an open-and-shut case.
