I would like to delete an old version of Verichat as well as a game I have on my 7100, but "Application Loader" doesn't read any of my software, including anything pre-loaded. Is this a Desktop Software issue or a Blackberry issue and how can I resolve it?

Have you tried upgrading desktop manager to the latest version (4.0 SP1)? If you simply want to delete the software, just go into Settings then Applications then delete them from there (on the handheld) - it will require a reboot to completely remove them.

thank you for that; it seemed to work. I use DS 4.0 already; I can't figure out why it wont pick up apps.

I have had this problem for a long time and I have the latest version. It is actually strange because for me some apps show up in the Desktop installer and some don't. I have just given up and I try to install everything OTA to avoid installs on my tablet.
