my wife has the 8703e bb. We somehow got it set up to her email,and she is getting her email. But it sends her all the trash email too.We are self employ,so are not on any network.So we need to make it stop sending the trash. All help welcomed.
I'm assuming you are using your own email (i.e. personal/business domain)?
You may have to go into your BlackBerry Internet Service website and set up some filters to minimize the spam. I'm not sure what is the best route to take as fast as filters go to prevent spam though since you don't want to reject any legit emails either.
Yes we are using the enterprise bb email thing i think. My wife gets email on our comp,which puts the spam and junk into a junk folder. but then it forwards all emails in box and junk folder to her bb.
