Question Worth upgrading OS to v4.2?

Please Login to Remove!

Folks, I haven't EVER upgraded from my original OS that came on my 8700c so I still have v4.1.0.194 (platform 2.0.0.90) as I was reluctant to change it since it seems to work "fine" albeit the speaker phone bug, etc. My question is, what are the benefits of upgrading to the AT&T released v4.2 - will I get Zen and all other themes as part of that download (no need to delete the vendor.xml) and will I get major benefits from this new release?

Default

I would read the following thread:

http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...2-1-101-a.html

Then, in the first post of that thread is a link to the thread on each previous OS release. Read the threads. They'll explain a lot.
