Default 7130 wont allow accept/decline meeting request

This is a new one for me as a BES admin. A user gets email and information fine, but when they click on an appointment sent to them in their mail box, they dont get the standard Accept/Decline options, just other options that are more like a regular email. Any ideas?

I know the OP stated they were on BES. For the rest of you I presume that you are BIS. BIS only supported iCal invites. If you go into outlook and open a meeting and send an ICal Invitation to yourself you will be able to accept it. I could not find a way to change my default calendar to ICal. All others in our organization do not use it. I am stuck synching with the PC.

Make sure your mapi32.dll versions and CDO.dll versions match your most updated exchange version, and ensure that the Send As, Receive As, and Administer information store permissions are set for your Besadmin account in exchange.

This is only 1 user of 46 having an issue, not the whole BES. these settings are set properly.
