Im having real problems sychronising with Outlook 2003, when i come back from leave and deal with all my emails via outlook i still have a fair few of the emails still sitting on my BB even when ive connected it to my PC. THis seems to be a common problem with all the BBs in my organisations. Is there something anyone can shed some light on why this is happening.

Can you provide a bit more info. Are using BES or BIS?

Im using a BES solution. When connected it sync some of the emails but not all yet they no longer appear in my outlook.

Have you spoken to your BES Admin? Make sure they have it set up correctly.
