as long as your with in 30 days they will keep swaping the phone key here is to get you to 31 days so the contract 175 termination fee applies

Technical issues are different than upgrade issues. They tend to be very liberal with 'broken phone' swaps, particularly in the 1st 30 days. Besides, Verizon can't afford not to swap it out. At $150/mo it doesn't take long to make the $ back, and then some...

so i went to verizon today, they tested my phone and there was actually something wrong with my phone software, so they gave me a new one. thanks for your help guys.

Sprint offers Insurance for $7/month with a $50 deductible. I was told I can throw my phone off off the stratosphere, then go collect the pieces and return it 3 times a year!

This sounds uncommon with these phones, but too good for me to pass up!
