Hope somebody can help me with the following. My blackberry is not working anymore. It only shows a symbol which is round with a vertical line and the code 507. Nothing is working anymore.

Can anyone explain we what this symbol means and how I can make my blackberry function again.

This means that the OS is no longer loaded on the device. You will need to reload the OS back on to the device. Instructions are here: http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...2-1-101-a.html

Follow the instructions below. Pick up the instructions from after the BB is wiped. The above posted link is for the wrong OS for your device (although the instructions will work)

You just need to load the OS back to the device.
