How do I add digits, like +1 to call US when overseas?

At least that's what works on mine.

If you are dialing from your address book, it will automatically add the + 1 to dial USA. If you are dialing from the keypad, pressing and holding the 0 will put in the + sign and then you will need to add the country code.
