Hi!!! I need to know what I Can do to repair the Scroll Wheel of my BB it's not working at all!! Can I do something by myself or I have to send the BB somewhere to be repair?

I am pretty sure you will find a thread here on disassembly. You do need some special Torx wrenches. PS if you make your thread title more descriptive you will have better luck here.

Repairing the trackwheel is quite a delicate process involving soldering. It's probably not worth fixing at this point, unless you're good with tiny electronic soldering. Cost would probably prohibit having someone fix it. There are some pretty nice new BB's out that wouldn't cost that much more. I suggest cutting your loss and going with a new one....
