Default Call Failed Msg Won't Go Away - help?

Please Login to Remove!

On the 7100t T-Mobile phone yesterday and got disconnected. Tried to call buddy back as he called me -- got a "Call Failed" message which I now can't get off the screen. I've turned the unit off, synched with computer, made calls and emails -- it won't disappear. Do I need to reboot (and, if so, how do I do that)? Can't spend more time waiting for customer service. Any counsel much appreciated. Thanks.

To reboot, take out the battery and replace it.

I've got the same problem and I have to restart about every 2-3 hours and it's getting really annoying. Is this a problem I can fix by downgradeing to 3.8 software or is my phone basicaly broke?
