Okay, so I got PocketMac so that I can iSync (via USB!! boooo), but how do I get pictures and sounds onto my 7100g from a mac?

Cant do it via USB, they have to be done all Over The Air.

I have it as well but I am not able to transfer data to it... But... Did you tried to email it to your BB and save it from there?

Current version of PocketMac does not offer an app loader.

Nope the only thing you can do via USB is sync your Data (Calendar, Addressbook etc) backup, and possibly use it as a modem for your laptop, depending on your phone/service provider/version of software.

Everything else must be done via download from a website or an email if you have the right BES or WebClient
