7130e verizon | haha no kidding.
Personal BB.. Person email / personal calls and I have my business phone to auto forward all calls to this phone so I don't have to carry numerous phones around.
8830 - Verizon - 3 best features:
1. Coverage and data speed > all.
2. Instant email (point of blackberry)
3. Ability to play chess against anyone in the world and google chat 24/hrs a day if I want. | | Offline

What carrier and model do you own ? & What are the 3 best features of your carrier and BB ? | Yes, I own it and use it for personal use (and it is my only phone). Verizon 8830. Best features: a) 2-way e-mail sync. b) light-sensing LCD screen. c) stability - no dropped calls; never had to hard-reset; pick up service well before my wife's Verizon Samsung phone detects service (when traveling through weak service areas)- we went camping last week and I got service the whole time while my wife did not; she was borrowing my 8830 to check her voicemail!
I love this handset!!!

| Verizon service, personal phone, company reimburses for costs.
This is the only phone I use, no home phone.
Great build, this is probably the best phone I've owned other than an old Samsung SCH-I600.
Verizon coverage is excellent, prices suck.
The outstanding BB Enterprise email service.
Ease of use for tethering gives me internet access on my laptop almost every where I go.
OS stability is great, I'm from the windows mobile world. | | Offline

What carrier and model do you own ? & What are the 3 best features of your carrier and BB ? | It is for my Paint contracting company. I own it and the 8 other Blackberrys used by my field supervisors
8300 and 8800 AT&T
Best 3 features of AT&T:
1. Coverage
2. Coverage
3. Coverage
I am all over Florida, way off the beaten path and I seldon get even a dropped call. I left Nextel because if you pulled off the highway more than a mile or two, zero coverage!
I can be with the hunt club and me and another AT&T user are the only ones who have coverage. The Verizon people are wanting to borrow my phone to tell their wife all is well before they go to the strip bar! I have even used my 8800 Blackberry when I was 30 miles offshore, deepsea fishing!

| Personal BB-personal e-mail and phone calls
Cingular/AT&T
Best feature: seamless and instant e-mail (my old T-mob 6320 wasn't instant)
Second best: Google maps- I love being able to put a search for business and say "Pizza" and be able to find my lunch in any neighborhood in nearly any city in the world (with directions and the phone number, too, so I can order my pie before I even leave the building)... or type in the name of my hotel when I'm hopelessly lost... or be able to never ask for directions again as long as I have an address to enter. Very cool feature.
Third best: The video player- I've uploaded my yoga DVD so I can do it in any hotel in the world, even if there's no DVD player. I can have in-flight entertainment even if I'm flying economy airlines. I can have a laugh while standing in line at the DMV watching a best of SNL episode.
Fourth best: Internet access and everything that comes with it. Whether it's Stinsondog's mobile links to just about everything I could possibly need, or keeping entertained waiting for my oil change with some Fark surfing, or using the Wunderground radar image to let me know what weather is heading my way; it's a great feature.
Fifth best: Using the media player for music- While lacking the capacity and the random feature of my i-Pod, when you don't want to carry two devices, it'll pinch hit just fine.
...oh, and it's one of them-thar' cellular telephones, too. | | Offline

| I use an 8830 on Verizon. It's my personal cell phone, but I get my work email on the device in real-time. I don't use it for voice calls for work, but use it a lot for email. While my position is technically 8-5, a lot of the independent contractors who work for us respond to my emails in the evening. This device lets me communicate in real-time with them to get details finalized, and it let's me "detox my inbox." Meaning, I don't sign into my email account at 8 AM on Monday to find 25 emails I need to respond to.

| 8830 with Telus, owned by me for personal use only.
Coming from a Moto Q, it's hard to pick out 3 things!
-My 8830 charges when I plug it in.
-Stability
-Build quality..the Q felt flimsy.
This is my first Blackberry, I'm glad RIM decided to give the multimedia aspect a try, the lack of said is what's kept me from buying one up 'till now. (I likes me gadgets!) | | Offline

| I have the 8830 through US Cellular. I work for US cellular so I use mine for work and personal.
I use the GPS a lot because I have my own DJ service on the side, and I seem to forget to get directions to my gigs.
I also like showing customers how I can control my laptop with RDM+. | | Offline

| Verizon service, personal phone, company reimburses for part of the service costs.
Great build quality this is probably the best phone I've owned.
Verizon coverage is excellent, have coverage in tunnels now.. (just left Tmo and Nextel before that)
BB email service is out of this world, got work email and personal superfast.. (sometimes before they show on the PC)
OS stability is great, no random resets...nothing like the windows mo 6 unit i was using..
The phone call clarity is outstanding..
and I love the Trackball! | | Offline

What carrier and model do you own ? & What are the 3 best features of your carrier and BB ? | I use the BB Curve and it is owned personally. It replaces my home phone, and my primary usage is SMS and email. I also run medical reference software, and use it to track my work and school schedule.

| I own an 8800 and an 8700c, currently using my 8700c. Going to start using my 8800 exclusively soon.
I own and run a clothing company that I am in the process of building up, and I use my Berries to stay on top of day-to-day business communications. I also use my Berry for personal use, I don't like carrying more than one phone, and the BB can handle it all.
(I did have a brief iPhone stint, but it's just not the same, and I'm more productive with a BlackBerry).
at&t has given me the most consistent coverage of all the US carriers, and given how they seem to get the BB's first these days... I'm pretty happy with them. I love the look of the 8800, as well as the display quality, in my line of work style is very important, and this 8800 does style superbly.
