Wink data connection refused

Please Login to Remove!

Hi there I have just purchased a preowned 7290 . it was sold as unlocked and when I put my sim in it reconisies my sim and reads my numbers tells me of the messages on my sim ,when I switch on the wireless thing it does show 02 then reads data connection refused.. can anyone please help me !! i am totally lost...Thanks

You need a Blackberry Data Plan provisioned on your account.

You will need to contact your carrier and ask them to add a BlackBerry Data Plan to your account. It is usually a feature that needs to be added and will cost extra per month.

Can Inot just use it as a phone then , cause am on a contract from work .. don't think they will soak up the extra cost.. thought I only need to set a data plan up to go on the net..Thanks
