Duplicate REcords Error

I have an 8830 on Verizon. When I attempt to synch with my desktop I get an error that says "Duplicate Records Found on Device" then the synch operation shuts down. I did a search but didn't find any hits on that error message.

Any ideas?

I have the exact same problem. It just started yesterday. It is pretty serious because now no sync is working at all.

Anyone that can help on this?

Here is a fix for that.

I had the EXACT same error last week... out of the blue. I did the above.

Worked (battery pull was working, but no more).
