My text messages aren't going through to any other carrier but t-mobile!

heres a list of what I did:

Wiped phone
Checked sms text service center #, ok.
checked sms text options (all same as other blackberry, which gets thru to other phones)

I checked on delivery report, and it's coming back with a check mark and D over it, but none of them are receiving it.

My buddy, BB pearl T-mobile, texts my roomate, goes through. Me texting my roomate with T-mobile, doesn't go through.

What else should i check?! all these problems with my 8700, I do search/research before I post, but came up with nothing.

Did you call T-Mo tech support? Sounds to me liek that would be the thing to do.

Yeap, 3 times. Did EVERYTHING!!! this sucks =(

Well, it's working now. Seems like there was a problem with the network, not the phone.
