I have checked all my profiles, just got the phone today. Replacing a 7130e. SMS and calls come through fine, emails come through and give a visual but no audio or vibrate. Not sure what to do.

There's the old battery pull.... Have you tried that?

You may have done this already but here's my 2 cents...

* In profiles, scroll all the way to the bottom of the list to 'Advanced'.
* Highlight the profile you are using and click the trackball. Your profile window opens.
* Select the email setting you wish to modify. Click the trackball.
* The 'Out Of Holster' and 'In Holster' profile will be visible.

I found that when I set up my phone the first time these settings were defaulted to 'Mute' under the 'Volume' setting and to 'None' under the 'Holster' setting. Simply set these to the preferred notification settings you want, save your changes and you should be good.
Keep in mind that each email address you have pushed to your BB will have its own settings. Change 'em all or you will only be notified audibly for the one you changed.
