Unhappy Message Counter will not go to Zero? Help!

Please Login to Remove!

At the home screen their is a new message counter. Even though I have read or deleted all my messages, the counter will show 5? Anyone know how to clear this so it will show zero?
Thanks.

Default

Try these options:

--Pull battery and reboot

or

--View Messages > Saved Messages

or

--View Messages > View Folders, check each (missed calls, etc)

or

--Scroll to top of message folder, over the date heading, click or menu to MARK PRIOR OPEN.

or

Wipe and reload your OS.
