Default Can't Receive Email from external account

Please Login to Remove!

I set up my 7130e that was given to me by a friend. I logged into the bberry website and activated my pop email account to sync w the bberry. I can send emails from that account on the device fine. Problem is when I am sent emails they do not get fwd to my bberry. Obvyously I also run a email program that downloads the emails to my desktop also. What am I missing? Please help w any ideas on how to fix this issue.

Welcome to the forums.

Double check the PIN you entered when you set up your device on the BIS website...And then resend your service books from the webiste.
No longer a BES Admin, but it was fun while it lasted!
