Default Is my blackberry still unlocked?

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,
I recently had my 7100t die on me. It was getting the prefetch error. device error 322 or whatever. Anyways, I bought this phone over ebay. It was unlocked so I could use it here in Canada on the Rogers network.
Now after wiping it and reinstalling the OS, is the phone still unlocked?
Thanks
