|  synchronize button is grayed out
Please Login to Remove! I have a 8800. I am having problems synchronizing. when I open my desk top manager and go to synchronize the button is grayed out, thus can not synchronize. My laptop knows the 8800 is plugged as i can hear the sound when i plug into the USB port. for some reason the software does not see my unit. Please help if you can. |
