8700C with Cingular. I am currently using OS 4.2.1.85 from OPTUS (8700C_PBr4.2.1_rel126_PL2.3.0.67_A4.2.1.85_OPTUS. e xe). Is there any updated version that support Chinese?

Does this version have English menu? Do you know if it works on 8700C using Cingular service in USA?

Yes, it have English menu. But you can read and write Chinese. however I do not know if it works on your 8700C. But it works well on my 8700g using China mobile.
