Lightbulb Act software

I use Act 6.0 for my contact manager and in that all of my emails are stored in the notes and histories section of each contact.... when I sysnc to my 7100g only the subject line of the email comes over. The email itself is an attachment in the contact folder.

Any ideas as to how I can see the attachment?

Additionally when I do get some emails sent directly to my Blackberry account and not through Outlook 2003/Act 6.0... I cannot read them very clearly...............
