I have an 8830 and running Notes 6.5.5. When I go to Actions / Sync Address book (to sync local address book) it will sync everything in my contact list including the addresses that have been added from receiving a persons email. When I receive an email the person address is stored for ??? length of time in the address book on the 8830, when I sync, it places all those addresses that I do not need within my Notes addess book. On the server I can control direction (device to workstation, workstation to device or bi-directional) but not what to sync. Is there a setting in the 8830 that will give me the option of what contacts to sync and which one's not to.
