I know this has probably been covered somewhere but I am more confused the more I read. Can you or can you not sync e-mail between the BB and the Outlook inbox on the laptop? I have the BIS setup. It would be nice to edit the spam out of either the BB or the laptop Outlook inbox and have the syncing proceedure automatically delete from the other device. I did this with my old IPAQ running on a MS OS and on my previous PALM. Why is it so difficult with my new BB?

Fred, first, welcome to the Forums.

If you are setup on a BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Service) that is possible. It is not possible on BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service), except with using Redirector.

On BIS, you can delete from the BlackBerry, and have it delete from your email server, but not from Outlook, once it has reached Outlook.
