I set up nine BBerry Verizon users to connect thru to our company email. Currently doing connection thru Outlook Web Access and therefore email deletions and calendar DO NOT SYNC. How do I get my users to sync seamlessly w/o buying some expensive third party software? shouldn't that be possible. Right now, users are frustrated. They can read/get email but deletions don't sync off both workstation and BBerry and CALENDAR has no Sync. Please help .... the users are getting pretty savage.... thanks.

I would suggest accounts at ExchangeMyMail.com, which is a hosted BES solution. They have low-cost monthly solutions for wireless BlackBerry services. I had this for a while and it was great.
