1. put the file on sd card
2. use efile to transfer it over onto my BB memory
3. use effice or beamberry or whatever to view it

is it possible? or do i HAVE to send it as attachment on email

Yes!

1. works with eFile. Not without.
2. yep, I think so. I have not used it, but the Dynoplex people say that it works.
3. yes again.

If you don't need to edit the documents, BeamBerry and Repligo will suffice to view them, but you will need to have it attached to an email for those two to view. Save the email to your SAVED folder.

Yes, you can open them on your PC from the SD card.

Your BlackBerry cannot open docs, spreadsheets, etc., from the SD card, without having eFile.

yes, eOffice and eFile will read from the BB device memory and SD card, as I understand it.

(I know it all may sound confusing, but once you have them, maybe it will make sense. Do they have a trial where you can try it out first, would be good. Heck, maybe I am just confused, lol!).
