| What version of BES are you running? Have you checked the status of his BB on the BES? When was the last contact time? How many emails has the BES forwarded? You can use this to compare with his outlook inbox, and see if it is a BES issue or a hand held issue.
You may want to see if the handheld is actually filing the email, say into his saved email. |
